Training aids MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL INERT EXPLOSIVE DISPLAY SET
10 each that will include the following two list sections as 1 and 2. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation requirement. The reference number 850100001128.

All items should be labeled, marked INERT and mounted in transportable display cases. Each SET should be configured as described.

In total there should be 20 display cases, 10 cases of each group. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the vendor meeting all quantities above at the lowest price and best delivery terms. This is a commercial item prepared using commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 332995. All explosives must be delivered to the 99 New York Avenue, NE Washington, DC 20226. no later than 10/25/2008. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Literature is required on each line item. Quotes must include price and assurance that the delivery time will be met. This is a technically acceptable low cost requirement.
