Serial string bits for AMU/ADC's

In each case, I have checked that the AMU/ADC chip responds to the correct set of serial string bits. I have found an overall offset of one bit which occurs between the heap manager and the TGV serial string bits. It appears that the heap manager only captures 15 bits instead of the 16 bits it should take out of the input string. I do not fully understand the origin of this offset, but all of the tests below are with this offset included. If everything works with the exception of this one bit offset, I have marked that set of bits as "working".

Only 7 of the 8 AMU/ADC positions on the PC/MCM board have a chip installed.


AMU/ADC 1

1 MUX2_OE -- output enable yes? I could enable this output, but the output itself did not look right. So, this needs more work.
2-6 MUX2_0-4 -- address bits not sure? I could enable the MUX2 (amu spy) output, the the output did not seem consistent with the input from the pre-amp, so it was hard to check.
7 CORR_SEL -- correlator select yes this is actually set via the RAW_MODE bit for the heap manager (these two bits must have opposite values)

26 MUX2-HIZ -- pull down yes? This output could be enabled, but the output itself seemed wrong (amu output was inconsistent with preamp input). Needs work.
