OVERHAUL OF ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC SHIP SYSTEMS
In the workshop for electric and electronic equipment repair we perform the following works:
- Winding of electro motors, generators and all kinds of coils;
- Electronic ship systems service;
- Marine diesel engines protection system service;
- Ship's measuring equipment system service;
- Service of ship's switching plant with associated equipment;
- Overhaul and service of all types of marine electric motors and generators with associated equipment;
- Ship's electric wiring installation;
- Testing of electric motors up to 100 kW and generators up to 100 kVA
- Rotating elements dynamic balancing;
- Accumulators establishing, supporting and repairing.
BUILDING OF SHIPS AND BOATS We build boats and ships hulls up to 60 m length and sections of hull and superstructure for all types of vessels. Outfitting of boats and ships:
- cargo equipment making (hatches, flats, platforms, masts, derricks);
- ship equipment making (rudders, mooring equipment, legend plates);
- making and installing of equipment for crew and passengers (insulation, bulkheads, sheathings, interior, ship doors, skylights, floor plates, platforms,
stairways, ladders, railings, awnings, accommodation ladders, davits, derricks, ventilation, sanitary system, discharges);
- main engines and Equipment system making (fuel, lubricant, cooling liquids, HP and LP air, exhaust, engine room automation);
- ship system makings (bilge, fire protection, sounding tubes and vent pipes„ electric system). MACHINING, CASTING, GALVANIC TREATMENT AND HEAT TREATMENT SERVICES Machining
Our machining workshop has approx. 100 various tool machines, so we can perform the following machining operations:
- Turning work: up to 1250 nun diameter, 9000 mm length and 14000 kg mass of the worked out example.
- Turning work on carrousel: up to 1600 rum diameter, 1500 mm height and 2000 kg mass of the worked out example.
- Honing: up to 250 mm diameter and 2500 nun length.
- Planing, milling and planned grinding up to 1250 mm width, 1230 mm height, 4000 mm length and 2800 kg mass of the worked out example.
- Round grinding: tip to 350 mm diameter and 2000 mm length.
- Crankshafts grinding: up to 2000 mm length.
- Engraving. Foundry
In our foundry we are able to perform the following alloys casting in sand or metal mould:
- Gray iron with cast work mass up to 70 kg.
- Several types of bronze (mostly PCuSn14 and PCuSnlOZn4) with cast work mass up to 150 kg.
- Various aluminum alloys with cast work mass up to 100 kg.
- Various shapes of ship zinc protectors made from pure zinc or from zinc - mercury alloy.
- Basic types of bearing white metals with application on existing bearings in combination with making the new ones. Besides casting we can also make needed models, as the foundry incorporates a model making workshop. Galvanic treatment
We have experience in approx. 15 different galvanic processes from those the most frequently in use are:
- Chrome plating that can be: hard, decorate or milk (bath size is 1000 x 90 x 900 mm):
- Nickel plating (bath size is 1130 x 590 x 900 mm);
- Zinc plating (1130 x 510 x 900 mm);
- Copper plating (bath size is 1130 x 700 x 900 mm) shining or matt;
- Browning (bath size is 400 x 700 x 900 mm);
- Plating with lead and iridium, together or separately on bearings made of bronze or white metal (bath size is 250 x 300 x 300 mm);
- Tin plating (bath size is 1130 x 700 x 900 mm). Depending on piece size, for smaller pieces we use galvanizing in drum, otherwise they are galvanized separately. Heat treatment
In the heat treatment workshop we perform:
- improving;
- hardening;
- cementation;
- nitriding. Rubber products making workshop
We have developed production of:
- various pumps' rubber rotors
- O-rings (various dimensions)
- cuffs (various dimensions)
- membranes
- shock-absorbers
- other rubber products. Worked out example size: up to 450 x 450 nun and 150 mm height. Worked out example material: sea-water resistant rubber, petroleum derivates resistant rubber,brake oils resistant rubber, up to 200° C temperature resistant rubber. We make tools for rubber products' vulcanization. Seal making workshop
We make seals from table-like materials: ITmaterials, rubber, leather, fiberglass, paperboard, etc. Seal sizes are up to 800 x 1500 mm and up to 4 mm thickness. We make tools for seal production. We have reached seal making for all main types of marine engines. PRODUCTION OF SPARE PARTS FOR DIESEL ENGINES AND OTHER SHIP'S MACHINERY For some engine types we have already reached spare parts production, for example:
- Nitrated steel cylinder liners;
- Cylinder blocks;
- Bearings and bearing bushes;
- Turbocharger parts;
- Motor oil and water cooler;
- Various seals;
- Rubber products (shock-absorbers, couplings, membranes). Besides, we make spare parts for all kinds of machinery and equipment.
In cooperation of our skillful designers and technologists team, we are able to reach needed parts production in a very short time.
SHIP EQUIPMENT MAKING
We can snake various ship's and other equipment according to shipbuilding standards, drawings or samples:
- Legend plats,
- Railings, awnings,
- Doors, small hatches, manholes, scuttles, ladders, accommodation ladders,
- Mooring equipment, anchoring equipment, deck machining and equipment cargo gear,
- Receivers, seat exchangers, pipe equipment, valves, pipings,
- Shaftings, steering gears,
- Electric devices.
PRODUCTION OF BOATS, LIFE RAFTS AND OTHER FIBERGLASS PRODUCTS
In our GRP fiberglass workshop almost all products are made by technology recognized by CRS:
- hand layers lacing,
- hand glass fiber rolling,
- hand glass fiber winding.
For GRP boats are us the following moulds: - boat "sajka I class" length 2,80 m

- buoy moulds. Besides, upon client's request we can design and make moulds for boat in various sizes and forms, as well as other products of the same material.
Epoxy resin is used for machinery engines founding.
The existing capacities are used for various reconditions and plastifying of wooden and metal surfaces. MACHINERY ARTS RECONDITION It is possible for a great part of essential engine and other machinery parts to render them usable by means of one of the mentioned recondition types. For this purpose the following methods are at disposal:
Recondition Recondition by grinding. We grind engine crankshafts up to 2000 mm length.
- Recondition by grinding and reaming. The typical example is machining of crankcase bearings bore.
- Recondition by honing. In connection with available machinery we are able to perform honing of bores of 5 - 250 mm, 3 - 2500 mm length.
- Recondition by cold material coating. Typical examples are reconditions by various kinds of resin with metal powder (the old term: "liquid metal"). The most frequently in use are Belzon and Chesterton products.
- Recondition by warm metal coating (metallizing).
- Recondition by galvanic treatment. The most frequently in use is hard chrome plating.
MEASURING INSTRUMENTS CERTIFICATION
We have a laboratory equipped for gauging and verifying measuring instruments for the following physical measurements:
- Length in range from 5 microns to 1100 mm.
- Pressure in range from 500 Pa to 110 MPa.
- Temperature in range from 200°C to 1100° C.
- Angle in range from 2" to 360 deg.
- Torque in range from 20 Nm to 500 Nm.
DESIGNING In our design-drafting department we perform designing and elaboration of classification and constructional-technical documentation for boats, ships, ship equipment, ship support facility etc. WEAPONS REPAIR In our artillery department we perform all calibre gun weapons repair (naval, coastal, antiaircraft defense).
