Requirements are for a 2 year extension of the 3-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Refurbished M2A2 Surveying Set/Aiming Circle. The minimum guarantee is 50 each and the maximum quantity for the two years will be 500 each. FOB is Destination. For the M2A2 Aiming Circle. Estimated issue date is 15 March 2009. This contract will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
