Career Summary

20 years of research work in the field of chemical physics.
Specialization in EPR spectroscopy, mainly, very high frequency EPR
(95GHz, 140 GHz; CW, pulsed, ODMR, ENDOR, ESEEM, imaging,
multifrequency EPR). Development of new EPR techniques. Experienced
in the spin label technique, study of the molecular motion and the structure
of glass, crystal, liquid crystal, polymer and biopolymer systems,
mechanisms and kinetics of the chemical reactions in liquid phase.
Teaching experience. More than 60 scientific publications.

  • Development and application of the very high frequency (140 GHz)
    EPR technique.
  • Investigation of the details of the molecular mobility, such as models
    and anisotropy of the molecular reorientational motion in the glass, liquid
    crystal, biomembrane and spin labeled polymer systems. Good experience
    in spin probe and spin label technique.
  • Study of the polyconjugated systems, irradiated polymers and high
    temperature superconductors.
  • Development of new methods of the high field EPR: EPR imaging and
    pulsed EPR, multifrequency EPR.
  • Correlation between the molecular mobility and the kinetic of the
    chemical reactions.
