The purpose of the Workshop is to communicate FDA’s nutrition and regulatory activities that are relevant to the practice of dietetics and nutrition. Tentative Topics include: Infant Formula, Food Allergy, Food Labeling health Claims, Consumer Research on the Use of Food Label by Young Adults, Dietary Supplements, and Safety of Fresh Produce.
