Helene S. Walsh is the Vice President of the Policy Analysis Division of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank).  In this capacity, Ms. Walsh is responsible for managing reviews and analyses of the Bank’s programs and policies.  In addition, Ms. Walsh is responsible for managing the implementation of the Bank’s economic impact policy. 

Ms. Walsh joined Ex-Im Bank in 1979 and has worked in several of the Bank’s divisions, including as a Research Assistant in Contract Administration, a Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the Export Finance Division, a Loan Officer in the Insurance Division, and as a Senior Analyst in the Policy Analysis Division. Ms. Walsh has represented the Bank in multiple interagency forums including the federal Trade Policy Coordinating Committee and the National Advisory Council.  She also represented Ex-Im Bank at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in both the Export Credit Group and the Participants to the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits.

Ms. Walsh graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics.
