Spam Assassin upgrades

On Thursday morning, January 13th, the email team will be installing an upgraded version of Spam Assassin on the mail filtering machines. This upgrade is mainly a bugfix release, it will not be introducing any new filtering rules. Due to the redundancy in the mail systems, there should be no noticeable interruptions in service.
