 By  the  Chief,  Mass  Media  Bureau: 
 1.  This  Erratum  corrects  the  amended  rules  set  forth  in  Appendix  A  of  the  Report  and  Order  in  MM  Docket  Nos.  94-  150,  92-  51  and  87-  154  ("  R&  O"),  FCC  99-  207  (released  August  6,  1999).  This 
 Erratum  makes  no  substantive  change  to  the  rules.  Instead,  we  correct  an  inadvertent  omission  in  Note  6(  c)  to  Section  76.501,  added  by  the  R&  O,  to  clarify  that  Note  6(  c)  will  apply  notwithstanding  paragraph  (g)  of 
 Note  2  to  Section  76.501.  The  amended  rules  attached  to  the  R&  O  are  also  corrected  by  adding  authority  citations  for  Parts  21,  73,  74  and  76  to  the  amended  rules.  The  authority  citations  are  attached  and  will  be 
 printed  in  the  Federal  Register  along  with  the  amended  rules.  Finally,  this  Erratum  changes  the  Table  of  Contents  of  the  R&  O  to  delete  "/  Application  Forms"  from  item  III.  K.  of  the  Table.
