Mr. MOLLOHAN introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means

A BILL

To extend the existing suspension of duty on 6-t-Butyl-2,4-xylenol.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF EXISTING SUSPENSION OF DUTY.

    Heading 9902.30.12 (relating to 6-t-Butyl-2,4-xylenol) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out `12/31/92' and inserting `12/31/98'.

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.

    The amendment made by section 1 applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, after December 31, 1992.
