The defendant in this case is alleged to have taken several important and chilling steps toward his murderous objective.  First of all he had money delivered to the would be hit man who was going to carry out the murders. Second, he mailed instructions to that same man and provided him with the Bismarck maps to the houses of his would be victims, right here in Bismarck.  I want to thank the FBI and congratulate them for their work to thwart this murder for hire scheme.
