RUN_TRIG_LUM Utility
The RUN_TRIG_LUM utility returns the trigger luminosities for a set of triggers
for a given run list which are specified by the user. If a '*' appears
after a luminosity that means the luminosity server number was not available
and the minbias luminosity was used as a substitute. This means that NO
VETO conditions or dead times or any other corrections were taken into account
when calculating this number as they are not available.
