GET_RUN_LUM Utility

The GET_RUN_LUM utility accepts as input a file containing a list of run numbers. It returns ACCLUM, MB_LUM, the and/or of these two luminosities and the corrections for the ACCLUM in a file called RUN_LUM.OUT.
