The proposal to allow pre-recorded calls makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and exists in direct opposition to the legislation designed to protect us from continuous harrassment at the hands of telemarketers. Please recognize the absurdity of violating the "Do Not Call" registry and drop this proposal immediately.
