Bureau:

     1.  On January 23, 1997, Idaho 6-Clark Limited Partnership filed a petition to deny the above-
captioned application of Alison C. Pollard/Zeta Trust Partnership, and on February 7, 1997, GAP Cellular
L.C. also filed a petition to deny the above-captioned applications (collectively "Petitions").  On February 6,
1997, however, the Narrowband Branch,  on its own motion, dismissed the application as defective.   We
therefore dismiss the Petitions as moot. 

     2.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED  that, pursuant to section 4(i) of the Communications Act, as
amended, 47 U.S.C  154(i), and sections 0.331 and 22.130 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R  0.331,
22.130, the petitions to deny filed by Idaho 6   Clark Limited Partnership on January 23, 1997 and by GAP
Cellular, L.C. on February 7, 1997 ARE DISMISSED as moot.
