On January 23, 1997, Idaho 6-Clark Limited Partnership filed a petition to deny the above- captioned application of Alison C. Pollard/Zeta Trust Partnership, and on February 7, 1997, GAP Cellular L.C. also filed a petition to deny the above-captioned applications (collectively "Petitions"). On February 6, 1997, however, the Narrowband Branch, on its own motion, dismissed the application as defective. We therefore dismiss the Petitions as moot. 2.
