On January 23, 1997, Idaho 6- Clark Limited Partnership filed a petition to deny the above-captioned application of Alison C. Pollard/ Zeta Trust Partnership, and on February 7, 1997, GAP Cellular L. C. also filed a petition to deny the above- captioned applications (collectively “Petitions”). On February 6, 1997, however, the Narrowband Branch, 1 on its own motion, dismissed the application as defective. 2 We therefore dismiss the Petitions as moot. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to section 4( i) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U. S. C § 154( i), and sections 0.331 and 22.130 of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R §§ 0.331, 22.130, the petitions to deny filed by Idaho 6 – Clark Limited Partnership on January 23, 1997 and by GAP Cellular, L. C. on February 7, 1997 ARE DISMISSED as moot.
