DIRECTIONS
Colony South from BWI
     Airport exit road is I-195
     Take I-95 or MD-295 south to I-495 (Washington Beltway). 
     Go south (to VA) on inner loop
     Take exit 7A (Route 5 Branch Ave/Waldorf). 
     Stay on Route 5 approx. 4.5 miles to the stoplight at Surratts Road. 
     Turn left onto Surrattts Road and right into the first driveway.

Colony South from Dulles
     Aviation Dr (Dulles exit road) to Access Rd (267)
     Turn left on ramp to Dulles Airport Access Rd and go 14 mi to I-495 (beltway)
     Exit right onto I-495 (Richmond) & go to Maryland over Wilson bridge
     Take exit 7 (Route 5 Branch Ave/Waldorf) & go south toward Waldorf
     Stay on Route 5 approx. 4.5 miles to the stoplight at Surratts Road. 
     Turn left onto Surrattts Road and right into the first driveway.

     Exit airport onto US Highway 1 south (Jeff Davis Hwy)
     Go south to I-495/I-95 (Baltimore ramp)
