I am opposed to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule. It would not help anyone. The rule is giving the government too much control in individual's businesses and lives. Government organizations should not have more power. Individuals have enough information available to them to make informed decisions about businesses. Individuals who don't get the information to make informed decisions are looking for some government entity to blame someone for their laziness. Therefore, no FTC ruling is necessary regarding business opportunities.
