The only excuse for STILL not raising the standards on CAFE for minivans and SUVs is simple laziness. Where will economy and the proliferation of "manufacturers, their suppliers, their employees, and consumers" get us when we have no air to breathe? And just how much more "data" is needed before you all will become convinced that current CAFE standards are dangerously harmful to the environment and all its inhabitants? Come on! Take a stand and do something GOOD for your world! Have something to look back upon and smile, thinking: I improved the world that day.
