This single width module contains a 12-bit register for holding output data. Twelve relays, whose states are determined by the bits in the register, each supply an isolated normally open contact to the I/O connector. The relays may be energized and de-energized singly or in combination. The register can be written, cleared, set, selectably cleared, selectively set, and read. Individual bits may be set or cleared bia command subaddress.
A LAM flip flop is privided which, when enabled, may be set by a negative-going transition of an external input, by a command, or by a front panel switch. The LAM is cleared by direct command or by any command that affects the contents of the 12-bit register. Sequences of programmed outputs can thus respond to internal or external control.
F(0)A(0) | Reads state (open/closed) of output relay contacts |
F(6)A(0) | Reads module number |
F(8)A(0) | Returns Q if LAM is set |
F(9)A(0) | Clears 12-bit register and clears LAM |
F(10)A(0) | Clears LAM |
F(11)A(0) | Presets 12-bit register and clears LAM |
F(14)A(0) | Sets LAM |
F(16)A(0) | Writes 12-bit register and clears LAM |
F(20)A(0) | Selectively clears 12-bit register and clears
LAM (e.g. a "1" to bit i (i=12..1) clears bit i only) |
F(22)A(0) | Selectively sets 12-bit register and clears
LAM (e.g. a "1" to bit i (i=12..1) sets bit i only) |
F(24)A(0) | Disables setting of the LAM flip flop |
F(26)A(0) | Enables setting of the LAM flip flop |
F(28)A(11..0) | Clears bit defined by subaddress and clears LAM. A(0) corresponds to output bit 1, A(1) to bit 2, etc. |
F(30)A(11..0) | Sets bit defined by subaddress and clears LAM. A(0) corresponds to output bit 1, A(1) to bit 2, etc. |
C*S2 | Clears LAM and 12-bit register and disables LAM flip-flop |
Z*S2 | Clears LAM and 12-bit register and disables LAM flip-flop |
The following lights and switches are provided on the front panel:
