Congressman Sessions is a strong advocate of conservation practices - as a father of two, he understands the need to conserve our natural resources and the environment for the generations to come. He supports conservation efforts such as recycling waste, reusing products, implementing alternative energy sources, and conserving the natural resources available to us. Pete is a staunch supporter of the For the Love of the Lake program, an enthusiastic, energetic group of volunteers dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of White Rock Lake Park as an urban oasis. He has worked with many volunteers, leading a team during group cleanups and volunteering on his own. As an active Eagle Scout, he has been taught the importance of protecting our country's natural beauty and conserving her natural resources, and he strives to instill these values in other Scouts and all he encounters.
