                    of Substitute Mortgagor"
 
             Form HUD-92210, Request for Credit Approval of Substitute
        Mortgagor, dated October 1989, was printed in error.  Please
        discontinue use of this HUD form and begin using the replacement
        Form HUD-92210, dated January 1990 (see attached).
 
             If the corrected Form HUD-92210, dated January 1990, is not
        available for immediate use, photo copy the attached form until a
        supply can be obtained.
 
             Any questions regarding the above Form HUD-92210 should be
        directed to the local HUD Office.
