You do not require environmental controls for shipping. Some dietary supplements will deteriorate badly. Requiring HVAC controls for shipping can reduce your redundant testing. 4. Your testing requirements are excessive and will have to be paid for by ME, the consumer. 5. Stop treating the entire supplement industry like snake oil salesmen and go after the genitalia-enlargers, focus-factor etc. How many man hours went into writing your 400-plus page rant against the industry (prologue) that could have been better spent on ENFORCEMENT?
