Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Adam Daniel Rotfeld Dedicates Hall

 

On October 18th Ambassador Ashe attended the dedication of a new hall in the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ headquarters to Polish-American Lawyer Rafal Lemkin. Rafal Lemkin introduced the term “genocide” into international law. Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Adam Daniel Rotfeld said at the dedication ceremony to Lemkin Hall that “even among people dealing with international relations this outstanding personage is little known and it is high time that changed.”
