tin whistle player. Recorded by Bill Ochs and several others in New York during

Joe Heaney: Sing the Dark Away on the life of Sean-nos singer Joe Heaney. The
film follows Heaney’s life in Carna, County Galway Connamara and the
United States during the 1960s folk revival. Produced and directed by Michael
Davitt, and broadcast on Raidió Teilifís na hEireann (RTÉ One)
