I am a fourth year college student at the University of New Mexico (UNM). I am planning on majoring in Physical Therapy and am currently waiting to see if I get accepted into UNM's program. My backup major is pharmacy. Presently, I am working at Sandia National Laboratories where I am gaining experience in computer science, which is my declared minor. I am attempting to get a minor in computer science. I am learning to write web pages and other various programming languages. My main project right now is to help write an online textbook called, "Adventures in Supercomputing," which would allow interactive work on the web for high school students anywhere. Sounds like fun, huh?
My hobbies include volleyball, tennis, racquetball, swimming, biking, reading, going to the movies and meeting new people. I love to play volleyball, and during warm weather I love swimming. During the school months, I hardly have much time to do any of my hobbies. Other than studying, my weekly habits are watching "The Nanny," "Hercules and Xena," and writing email.
