Craig Markwardt writes: Here is a brief report on the galactic bulge scans of May 15, mission day 1950. * GRS 1747-312 = Terzan 6 does appear to be declining, going from 350 to 300 ct/s/5PCU in the two days between most recent observations. * KS 1731-260 remains at a high amplitude of 1450 ct/s, comparable to its previous outburst. * SLX 1735-269 has suddenly turned on again, but at a level higher than its previous quiescent level -- about 180 ct/s. If you recall, this source mysteriously turned off a few weeks ago. * No other new bright transients. Craig
