Where to begin.
Well thank g-d I am alive! I guess that is a place to start.
However, I am still unable to gain full-time access to my apartment. I lived
in      building. While my apartment is intact it was covered
in dust, which mysteriously was partially removed by some "force" or persons
who entered my apartment without permission. While they dusted the
surface... most of my clothing, bedding, and furniture still has toxic dust
on it. I guess it can all be cleaned but at a very high cost. I do not have
insurance. The landlord,      has not contacted me EVER, regarding
anything at all.
As for moving back in. When/if that happens, and if      ever call
me, my costs go up substantially. I had a rent of 1600 dollars and most
1bdrms in NYC are double that amount in an equivalent building. Moving is a
great expense although I heard I can ask FEMA for a reimbursement, only
after the bills have come and had to be paid. A broker to find a new
apartment, etc.
So am I a victim? Someone let me know.
Sincerely,
