-  Both ER2 and Citation flying an Aqua underflight
   mission centered at the easten tip of Cape Cod.  The
   orbit time is 17:41 GMT.  After the overpass time, 
   the ER2 will fly northward from Cape Cod to just east
   of the James Bay, then return to Bangor. After the
   orbit, the citation will do winter storm recon in the 
   region off the NJ coast and south of the CT/RI/MA coast
   with dropsondes spaced 50nmi apart.  This will coincide
   with the time of a developing winter storm.
