1) Copy webpack_fpga_prog.exe to C:\Temp Directory
2) Copy .mcs, .bit, and .cdf to C:\Temp Directory
2) Run webpack_fpga_prog.exe
3) Follow install instructions..use default settings
4) When gets to "Choose setup type that best fits your needs",
   select "add desktop icon".   Don't worry about readme file.
5) An information box will appear, saying you will need to run:

   C:\xilinx_webpack\mltlnx\setup.exe  and reboot.

6) Forget about running this file.  Only reboot your PC.
7) Plug in JTAG cable to parallel port
8) Launch the "Device Programming" Icon.
9) In JTAG programmer do a File->Open and open the .cdf file in the Temp Dir
10) Select Operations->Chain Operations
11) Press "Execute"

Make sure Parallel Port setting are : Enabled, ECP
Make sure JTAG Programmer setting are set to Parallel Cable
