*The ESPC DDS (Data Distribution System) is now operational and
distributing all data.
The system programmer suspended the DDS and the system administrator
rebooted
the Diamond system. The system is being closely monitored for any
additional problems.

ESPC is experiencing problems with the DDS (Data Distribution System).
This is causing data to be distributed to the user community very slowly.
A system programmer and a system administrator are working to resolve
the problem. All of the SATEPSDIST (Satellite Environment Processing
System) servers 1 thru 7 had to be rebooted by the system admin.
