Long Description: This slide, titled The PHR Information Monopolist: Dossia, Google, Microsoft, Government, displays a diagram where the connections between four elements are displayed in the middle and eight non-connected elements are displayed in a ring around them. The connected middle group of elements includes the Semantic Index, which is used to perform a Health Search, which then brings up a Personal Health Record, and which in turn allows access to Personal Data. Surrounding Personal Health Record, however, are Standards, Patient ID, and Privacy Security (provided by Google, Dossia, HealthVault, etc).
