Issues: Break the silence by denouncing with transparence the myth and problems that up till date sorround the disease and which haunt certain minds, that may be a real change. Make a consensus of perceptions and behaviours by communities in each country laking into consideration the socio-cultural environment. This has to take into consideration the citizens, that is (psychological advicers, and sociologists), comedian, media and sponsors. Description: Taking a consensus during the recent field work on perceptions and habits of the population by the citizens, by making availeble to the artists who had previously been inducted on AIDS and its consequences and realities which permitted them to transmitte the message to the population. The media had to be encouraged by sponsors to produce and broadcast the work of the artists on magazines, television, radio, with the duration of about 4-5 minutes. Conclusions: (a) Conceving and producing radio and TV film, series of education of about 4 to 5 minutes. (b) Unfold the mistery on wrong rumour concerning the ilness. (c) Produce short stories for adults and youths. Films can break the silence and can bring responses to all problems and are a reflection on the societal problems posed by AIDS.
