Mediators:	The Resolution Group Mediators are highly trained and experienced providers who will mediate the full range of personnel disputes including complaints, grievances, allegations of discrimination (sexual, religion, age, etc.), and other personal problems.	Each mediator will have a minimum of 32 hours of formal mediation training, a minimum of a Masters Degree (generally a PhD or J.D. or equivalent), a minimum of eight years of experience (most Mediators have 12 or more years of experience) and will have mediated a minimum of 300 cases with a minimum resolution rate of 80 percent.

Conciliation Providers:	The Resolution Group Conciliation Providers are highly trained and experienced at bringing about quick and lasting conciliations of a full range of personnel disputes including complaints, grievances, allegations of discrimination (sexual, religious, age, etc.) and other personal problems.	Each Conciliation Provider will have a minimum of 24 hours of formal ADR training, a minimum of a Masters Degree (generally a PhD or J.D. or equivalent), eight years of experience (generally more than 10 years of experience) and will have conciliated a minimum of 50 cases with a minimum 85 percent resolution rate.

Facilitators	The Resolution Group Facilitators are highly trained and very experienced at facilitating all types of personnel disputes including complaints, grievances, allegations of discrimination (sexual, religious, age, etc.) and other workplace problems.	Each Facilitator will have a minimum of 24 hours of formal training, a minimum of a Masters Degree (generally a PhD or J.D. or equivalent), 12 years of experience (generally 14 years of experience) and have facilitated a minimum of 100 cases (most have facilitated over 200 cases) with a minimum of an 82 percent resolution rate.

Arbitrators	The Resolution Group provides outstanding Arbitrators, highly trained and very experienced at arbitrating the full range of personnel disputes including complaints, grievances, allegations of discrimination (sexual, religious, age, etc.) and other personal problems.	Each Arbitrator will have a minimum of 32 hours of formal training, a minimum of a PhD or J.D. or equivalent, ten years of experience (generally more than 13 years of experience) and will have arbitrated a minimum of 60 cases (most have arbitrated over 100 cases).

Third Party Neutral	The Resolution Group Conciliation will provide expert Third Party Neutrals to resolve a full range of disputes.	Each Third Party Neutral will have a minimum of 32 hours of formal training, a minimum of a PhD or J.D. or equivalent, seven years of experience (most have more than 10 years experience) and will have served in 20 disputes with a better than 75 percent resolution rate.
