Kernel AODV ARM
Kernel AODV can be compiled to run on the ARM processor.
It has been tested on a Sharp Zaurus with a ZCom xi825 WLAN card.
It should also run on an IPaq which has Linux installed on it.
Requirements:
The requirements are the same as a normal installation.
It is important to double check and see if you have Netfilter installed.
Many distributions for PDAs do not because of the size limitations.
This may require you to recompile the Kernel. You will also need
gcc-arm, the cross-compiler for the ARM processor.
Installation:
Follow the steps for doing a normal installation
of Kernel AODV. There are only two things you have to do differently.
You will have to edit the Makefile and enter the location of the source
for you ARM Linux kernel. Also instead of typing make, you
would instead type make arm.
