General Comment

As a Pilot for United Airlines, I believe in maintaining the sovereignty of United States Airlines. The rules concerning allowable percentages of foreign ownership have served our country well and should not be changed. When there was a previous attempt to change these percentages through legislative action, not only was the change rejected, but the desirability of maintaining the existing rule was reinforced and codified by Congress. There is no reason to change a rule that rises to the point where the will of the people would be circumvented in this manner.
