Today's Accomplishments:

Took fourth archaeomagnetic sample from Mound A, while continuing top excavate on top and south slope.

Hearth basin after removal of fill above fired surface in N41E180-181. Designated Feature 59, this is one of several hearths that have been found associated with fired surfaces atop the mound.

These are then encased in plaster to form a cube and then removed, after locational information and declination are carefully recorded.
