The file o3_30m_v1099.csv contains ozone data from the RON BROWN collected 
during the Aerosols99-INDOEX project.

The Data columns are DOY (decimal day of year, DOY 32.5= noon GMT on Feb 1) 
during year 1999, latitude, longitude and ozone mixing ratio in ppb.
Missing data are indicated by a -99.

A TECO 49 ozone instrument was used to collect the data, the data have been 
averaged into 30 minute time bins, the given time (DOY) for each record is the 
center of the averaging period.
