Comments:
I am strongly opposed to any ammendment that allows additional calls or additional media to be used for calls. There is no need for an additional call abandonment safe harbor whether a prior relationship had been established or not; and I find recorded messages as odious as "live" calls. Further, I am opposed to the proposed language intending extension of the time period during which the 3% of abandoned calls is measured. I find the "call per day per campaign" onerous enough as it is. I would prefer to see the language simplified to "call per day." In short, I am opposed to any amendment that would serve to increase my exposure to telemarketing. On the contrary, I would greatly approve of language to further shield me from such intrusions. Respectfully submitted.
