Please, Please, Please Do not allow a reinstatement of the odious practice of telemarketing calls. The blessed quiet that has prevaled since both Massachusetts and the Federal statutes took effect has been wonderful. There is no public benefit to a change that would allow for periodic, unsolicited telemarketing.
