Subject: Nay on propsed 15c2-11 rule

Dear Sirs or Madam:
     
We are very much opposed to the proposed rule changes that you and the sec have 
recommend.  We believe that these changes as proposed will dry up the OTC-BB and
Pink Sheet market and thus reduce the liquidity to small business in America. 
This will also severely hurt investors in that their share holder position in 
small business will reduce as there will be no market for these legitimate 
investments.
