for earthquake of 2003 Mar 17,  RAT  ISLANDS,  ALEUTIAN  ISLANDS,
ALASKA,  about  70  km  (40  miles)  SW  of Little Sitkin Island,
Alaska:  latitude 51.5 degrees  north,  longitude  177.9  degrees
east,  origin  time  16 36 17.3 utc, depth normal, magnitude 6.8.
The magnitude and location may be revised  when  additional  data
and  further  analysis results are available.  There have been no
