Wensheng
Should there be poster for Magda? GRAPPA does not so Saul thinks
magda should also not have a poster.
He is adding web service to do magda putfile.
Problems with large queries.
usatlas.org now has host dertificzate.

Hong
DB group worrying about conditions. Malon wants DO's to be stored
in Athena/ROOT. Hong would like to wait.
No more root I/O.

Valeri
Root multi-file I/O is done and released.
Needs to add tests for this.
Root contol-C interrupt of athena still not resolved.

Pavel
Working release 4.0.1 which does full pileup (in atlsim).
Ready for pileup production.
KINE is discarded for tracks that do not contribute.

Alex
Nightly build are working well.
He has root password for usatlas.org.
Can use taginfo from that machine (not possible inside
BNL firewall).
All atlassw machines connected to RHN.
Problems with sw5 afs if restarted.
SIT met and agreed that CMT is good.
Experimental CMT allows dropping of version directories
but ATLAS will keep them for now.
Switch to RH7.3 in spring. in spring.

Yuri
Still working on STAR.

Torre
STAR is looking at time fractions.
He met with Peter Kunz re EDG WP2.
He feels it is more useful now to work with this rather
than GLOBUS or GDMP.
GDMP is going to go away and be replaced by WP2 RECTOR.

David
Dataset discussions with Malon and Schaffer.
Trying to build 1st pool release but does not compile.

No meeting next week.
