Special Conference Rates

While booking your room(s), please mention you are with the "RERTR 2008 International Meeting" to take advantage of these special rates.
The room rates are net, non-commissionable and subject to all applicable state and local taxes.

The Hamilton Crowne Plaza is making available two blocks of rooms for the meeting. On a first-come, first-served basis, a block of 60 rooms is available at the U.S. government rate of $201 USD per night for either single or double rooms. Once the rooms from the first block are exhausted, a second block of 75 rooms is available for $259 USD per night for either single or double rooms.

Please note that:

Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the government rate; it is available to all.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
