These pages are still under construction, but the object pages are becoming less and less incomplete.

Twenty-two IPs

Twenty-two Confirmed IPs are shown above in a Porb-Pspin diagram. Symbols: Open Square for the diskless V2400 Oph, Diamond for the propeller AE Aqr, Pluses for double-pulse IPs, Crosses for soft IPs (an overlapping cross/plus for V405 Aur), Circles for the rest.


Updated on 2006 August 14 - we'll have to get used to a few new variable star names; 1RXS J062518.2+733433 is now MU Camelopardalis, and 1RXS J154814.5-452845 is now NY Lupi. Also, 1XRS J094432.1+035738 is now VZ Sextantis and 1RXS J103947.6-050701 is now YY Sextantis, among IP candidates. These and many more new names were published in the 78th Name List of Variable Stars (IBVS 5721).


Updated on 2006 April 14 - added 1RXS J213344.1+510725 to the confirmed list, and 1RXS J015317.9+744641 to my IP candidate list.
