SUPPRESSED Categories
Data on the National Survey of College Graduates was altered to maintain the confidentiality of survey respondents. Whenever there were fewer than 3 records in a division of residence with the same field of study code, a new suppressed field of study code was created. The new code, labeled as SUPPRESSED, may be combined with the "other" category associated with the affected field of study when preparing tables.
