These are comments on the references.  I would like to point out some general
features that should be in each reference:

OK, now for specifics:

3.  I couldn't find and could not check.  Do you have a way of verifying?
    Just another question:  Is this the proper abbreviation for journal
    or should it spelled out

4.  Capitalize CERN

5.  Sjontoft      has a / through the first o, like letter phi

7.  Was there any writeup or other reference to Fenice workshop?
