Many of the sites listed below could be beneficial to Pre-K to 3rd grade
English Language Learners to help them learn colors, numbers, letters of
the alphabet, English phonics, some basic vocabulary words in English, and
about nature or weather. Several of the sites are also available in
Spanish so children can do the activities using both versions of the site
as a way to learn English. Most sites include audio support; those sites
without audio support offer animations or pictures.

Little Explorers Picture Dictionary from Enchanted Learning: Choose the
language (English-Spanish, Spanish English, English-Japanese, etc.) and
then click on the letter of the alphabet to see the dictionary entries for
that letter. No audio on this site, but lots of pictures, diagrams to
label, printouts, and activities. Some activities on the site are only
available to members, but most activities are available to everyone.

Starfall: Children can practice the ABCs, try phonics activities or read
and listen to decodable books that correspond to the letter combinations
that have been introduced in school or read e-books designed for beginning
readers.

Literacy Center Education Network: Choose English, Spanish, French or
German. Learn upper and lowercase letters, shapes, colors, numbers, etc.

Five Hungry Crocodiles: Narrated short poem where students choose the
correct color fish for the crocodile to eat; also available in Spanish
(see below)

Cinco Cocodrilos Hambrientos: Above site, but in Spanish.

Color the Rainbow: Frog narrates a rhyming poem about guessing the colors
of the rainbow.
http://www.storyplace.org/preschool/activities/colorstory.asp

What Color Is It?: Narrated interactive activity in which students must
choose the correct color of various objects. Also available in Spanish
(see below).
http://www.storyplace.org/preschool/activities/coloractivity.asp

Que Color Es?: Same as above, but in Spanish

Priory Woods: Bugz - Counting Spots: Count the spots on the ladybug and
select the correct number using the mouse, keyboard or touchscreen.
http://www.priorywoods.middlesbrough.sch.uk/previews/bugz.htm

Priory Woods: Animated Counting Songs: Songs include 5 Little Snowmen, 10
Fat Sausages, 5 Little Ducks, 5 Naughty Monkeys, and 5 Speckled Frogs.
http://www.priorywoods.middlesbrough.sch.uk/kidsonly/findout/counting/index.htm

Fishy Count: Click Start to begin. Then count the fish and choose the
shell with the correct number. Gives corrective feedback and shows how to
count the fish if the incorrect number is chosen.

A Walk in the Woods: Site for kids from the University of Illinois
Extension is a narrated slideshow that shows the text of the narration on
the screen and pictures of a walk in the woods, also in Spanish; if you
click on the Index link you can start anywhere in the slideshow. Requires
Flash.

What is Weather?: Site from the BBC with animations to help students
understand the basic vocabulary about the weather.

Hope this helps.
