Hello Jim, 

I just noticed that the two test failures for nox on s858352 for the 8.0
branch at:

are due to the fact that Belos is not being enabled (see invoke_configure
link). 

I fixed some logic in some other packages like moocho, stratimikos, and
rythmos to avoid running belos tests if belos is not enabled (which NOX
should do also) but given that belos is being released as part of Trilinos
8.0, should not belos be enabled on this platform.
