GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT CENTER VISITOR CENTER SATURDAY VIDEO: "SUPERNOVA" The Goddard Space Flight Center Visitor Center will be showing the video "Supernova" on Saturday, Sept. 9, at 1 p.m. This 10-minute video uses computer graphics, photographic images, and interviews with scientists to investigate the most spectacular event in the life of a star. In a supernova, the entire star explodes, blasting most of its stellar material into space. To find out more about this exciting phenomena, come to the showing at the Visitor Center.
